Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products at scale
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry innovation credentials
- Expertise in blockchain, metaverse architecture, and neural tech
- Strong background in managing distributed R&D teams globally
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
