Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential startups and technologies for acquisition or partnership opportunities.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable, secure, and sustainable software systems.
- Manage a budget of over $5M for technology investments and infrastructure upgrades.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the company's technical vision to stakeholders and the public.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, including at least 5 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products and leading digital transformations.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their potential applications in enterprise solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
