We are looking for a visionary Director of Future Tech Strategy to guide our organization toward a transformative year: 2026. As we approach the 2026 milestone, we need a strategic leader to oversee our quantum computing integration and next-gen neural networks.
This is not a typical management role. You will be at the intersection of R&D and business strategy, responsible for defining the technical roadmap that will define our market leadership for the next decade.
What You Will Do:
You will drive the execution of our 2026 Vision, ensuring that our technical capabilities align with our long-term business goals. You will work closely with C-level executives to secure funding and resources for cutting-edge initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of advanced AI and quantum solutions.
- Identify and assess high-potential technology trends to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage the budget and resources for the Future Tech division.
- Collaborate with external partners and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technical leadership or product strategy.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing trends.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
