Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AGI readiness and quantum integration.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models and next-generation algorithms.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business growth objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable infrastructure capable of handling 10x current data loads.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Manage a budget of $10M+ for R&D initiatives and innovation labs.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering and strategy team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing complex technical strategies.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, governance, and safety protocols.
- Strong background in cloud computing, distributed systems, or quantum computing.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling tech teams and managing large-scale projects.
