- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in proof-of-concept development and pilot programs for future technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and partners.
- Innovation Management: Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to ensure access to cutting-edge research.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and talent towards high-ROI future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership within the tech sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) preferred.
- Tech Literacy: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and the future of Quantum computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
