Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee the research and development of proprietary algorithms and AI models, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Product Innovation: Drive the innovation pipeline for next-generation features, ensuring our roadmap delivers tangible value to our users.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future technologies are developed with strict adherence to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, or predictive modeling frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and define technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on continuous delivery and iteration.
