- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier talent capable of operating in high-velocity, future-focused environments.
- Predictive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to forecast trends, ensuring our 2026 vision remains relevant and competitive.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget and resources for long-term R&D projects with a horizon of 2-3 years.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
