Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Vision, aligning engineering goals with company strategy and market trends.
- Lead a high-performing team of 50+ engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Architect scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) capable of handling exponential growth.
- Oversee the integration of AI and Machine Learning capabilities into core product workflows.
- Manage the engineering budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial capacity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from concept to market leadership.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
