Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 'Year 2026' AI strategy, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure across global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the AI sector to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and ensure ROI on major AI investments.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic management capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
