Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our technology trajectory, ensuring alignment with business goals and the 2026 vision.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Next-Gen Cloud) relevant to the 2026 era.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership to translate 2026 market forecasts into actionable technical strategies.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and strategic agility.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Identify and vet strategic technology partners to accelerate our 2026 deployment.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technological and operational risks associated with long-term planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-level advisory capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technological transitions and leading organizations toward future milestones.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive executive buy-in.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term problem solving and systemic efficiency.
