Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with emerging market trends.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-generation solutions (e.g., AGI, Quantum Interfaces).
- Identify disruptive technologies and assess their potential impact on our business ecosystem and industry standards.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies and KPIs.
- Oversee the integration of sustainable and ethical AI practices into core product development cycles.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture-backed startups to gain early access to breakthrough innovations.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or innovation consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological shifts and successfully implementing them at scale.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
