Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize ROI
- Lead cross-functional projects with sales/product teams
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with quarterly reporting
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and interns
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling brand assets
- Track KPIs and present performance insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with measurable campaign success
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets over $300K
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent presentation and cross-departmental communication
- PHR/SPHR or Google Analytics certification preferred
