Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, secure healthcare software solutions using modern frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver agile projects meeting HIPAA compliance standards
- Optimize system performance and implement robust security protocols
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality engineering standards
- Drive innovation through emerging tech integration (AI/ML, cloud infrastructure)
- Participate in full SDLC from requirements to deployment and monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Healthcare IT experience with HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring teams
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
