Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance tuning and security hardening for high-traffic financial applications
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging fintech trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Proven AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) with Terraform/CloudFormation
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and financial security standards
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and TDD principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
