Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and resolve critical incidents during the night shift.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patch management, and system updates.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in network engineering or system administration.
- Experience working in a night shift environment is strongly preferred.
- Valid CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
