Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Operate construction and facility maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations on the job site at all times.
- Assist in the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of work areas and tools.
- Collaborate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies, dress code requirements, and attendance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the job for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in English (reading and speaking) required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
