Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including loading/unloading materials and site cleanup.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and work schedules.
Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate to and work in San Diego, California.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency in English is required for safety compliance.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (Unskilled Worker category).
