Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Prepare clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain and update our database systems to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of new data visualization dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and querying.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
