Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform basic inventory organization and cycle counts.
- Adhere to time clocks and attendance policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and time tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
