Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning products and logging stock movements in the WMS system.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow remains uninterrupted and efficient.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Tools: Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification a plus).
