Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Pick and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) as required by the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read work orders.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
