Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any maintenance issues with warehouse equipment immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Driving: Valid driver's license preferred but not required for all roles.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
