Job Overview:
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will ensure the smooth flow of inventory by receiving, sorting, and shipping products with precision and speed. This is a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a difference.
Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Packing & Shipping: Package products securely for shipment, ensuring all labels and barcodes are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company quality standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
