Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and labeling of orders to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
