Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our automated warehouse system
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks and maintain clean workspace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize our proprietary app to track hours and access daily pay instantly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
