Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock operations during overnight hours
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized workspace
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Generate performance reports and analyze key metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and inventory management systems
- Ability to lead high-performing teams during overnight shifts
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
