Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Blvd, Omaha
- Pass background check and drug screening (client requirement)
- Must have smartphone with app for daily pay access
