Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship e-commerce orders in temperature-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Valid New York State ID and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Proficiency with mobile devices and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
