You'll be the face of our Jacksonville operations, building relationships with both employees and partner businesses to ensure seamless daily payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Process same-payroll transactions for hourly employees across 50+ partner businesses
- Resolve payment inquiries within 2 hours via phone, chat, and in-person support
- Onboard new clients and employees using our proprietary mobile payment platform
- Conduct daily reconciliation of payment transactions and bank accounts
- Train client HR teams on daily pay implementation and compliance protocols
- Monitor transaction trends to identify fraud prevention opportunities
- Collaborate with finance team to optimize payment processing workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in payroll processing, fintech, or financial services
- Expert knowledge of Florida labor laws and FLSA compliance requirements
- Proficient with payment processing platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Gusto)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to resolve payment disputes
- Strong data analysis skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for payment processing
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR preferred)
