We're seeking a Daily Pay Specialist to manage our instant payout operations and support our growing community of gig workers and hourly employees. Responsibilities
- Process same-day wage payments for 500+ daily transactions
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 4-hour SLA
- Onboard new clients using our digital verification system
- Monitor payment gateway compliance and security protocols
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement daily pay schedules
- Generate daily reconciliation reports for finance department
- Train staff on payment portal usage and compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years in payroll processing or fintech operations
- Proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks, or equivalent payroll software
- FINRA Series 63 or 65 certification preferred
- Experience with ACH/wire transfer compliance (Reg E)
- Ability to resolve 20+ payment inquiries daily
- Strong knowledge of Washington state labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table mastery
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) for daily processing
