Responsibilities
- Process daily payment transactions and resolve client inquiries with exceptional efficiency
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Verify client eligibility and manage payment disbursement protocols
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for compliance
- Collaborate with finance team to reconcile payment discrepancies
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional financial wellness products

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or financial services experience
