Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and manage operating systems and business applications.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation for all supported devices.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to ensure system security and uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (for occasional onsite travel).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role is a major plus.
