Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with patient meals and hydration per care plans
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA license in good standing
