- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls regarding payment processing inquiries
- Resolve payment discrepancies and transaction issues with precision
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Meet daily performance metrics while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training on fintech compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in financial services or tech
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
