Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve payment processing issues and explain daily pay eligibility requirements
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in fast-paced environments
