Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to keep the sales floor organized.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance and sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote training.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes up to 25lbs.
