Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Handle incoming customer tickets via phone, email, and chat with a focus on rapid, accurate resolutions.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose technical and procedural issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system in real-time.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay trends to the product and management teams to drive improvements.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow company protocols and compliance guidelines during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a tech or service-oriented environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
