Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Track customer feedback and report insights to management to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus office.
