Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing and technical issues using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
