Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve overall customer retention.
- Assist in training new hires on company policies, procedures, and software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
