Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system to track progress and history.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management for timely resolution.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
