Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Accurately update customer account information and transaction records in our internal database.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds while adhering to company financial policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous customer service experience preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
