Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM tools
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical and billing teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle time
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO or corporate environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in high-volume situations while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
