Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with billing and logistics teams for complex issue resolution
- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer relationships
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (e.g., handle time, resolution rate)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to refine skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital/phone environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy and patience
- Available to work flexible shifts (including weekends if needed)
