Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and find effective solutions.

Qualifications
