Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate departments.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer journey.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
