Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
