Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and track resolutions
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through proactive communication
- Support new product launches by mastering updated service protocols
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance performance skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital/phone settings
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional field support)
