Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, prioritizing first-contact resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
- Accurately update and maintain customer account records and documentation in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide expert product and service guidance to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business or Communications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient under pressure in a high-volume call center environment.
