Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive, empathetic tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a BPO or retail environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
